The Tape Lab is your go to converter for designing, prototyping and mass production of your Electronic related tape or flexible material. The Tape Lab is an expert at fabricating prototypes and mass producing electronic component parts for the electronics and tech industry.

We offer a range of adhesive tapes and gaskets for electronics in smart phones, tablets, computers, displays, monitors, TVs and more. We also stock and convert high temperature films such as polyimide to electrically conductive, thermally conductive or non-conductive adhesive tapes & insulating materials.

What We Offer

The Tape Lab offers copper and aluminum foil products, conductive elastomers and composite materials. All of these products may be provided with conductive or non-conductive adhesives. We also offer solutions for anti-static applications and EMI/RFI Shielding like: ESD Tapes (Anti-Static Tapes) such as polyester films and polyimide films and Aluminum/ Copper Foil Tapes with conductive or non-conductive adhesive.

The Tape Lab offers printed circuit board tapes that prevent plating solution undercutting, withstand chemical contact, are temperature resistant and can last through multiple operating cycles and remove cleanly. We also offer Thermal Management tapes, which dissipate heat away from power transistors and microprocessors to the ambient environment or can reflect or insulate heat. Electronics & Electrical Tape Applications

We manufacture EMI/RFI shielding using die cut foil tapes that are made to cover high temp electronic parts in both large and small scale manufacturing. We design and manufacture thermally management solutions to take heat away from transmitters and processessors so your device doesn’t heat under use conditions. We also provide gasketing solutions for small devices like smartphones as well as large bezels for flat screen TVs.

Electronics & Electrical Tape Capabilities

The Tape Lab can make your life a lot simpler when you partner with us as your converter. We can slit, die cut and package all of your materials in our state of the art manufacturing facility and offer custom multi-layer laminations, die cuts with extended liners or butterfly tabbed liners (like a bandaid), island placement and registration of materials, printed logo liners, short roll winding and rewinding. We also offer design assistance, prototyping, and basic testing all the way through full scale production.
