3M Double Coated Tape 9832HL provides high initial adhesion and good holding power on a variety of substrates. The thin, polyester film carrier provides dimensional stability and improved handling during slitting and die cutting. It is commonly used on particle board, melamine, HPL, wood, plywood, plastics and foam.

Bonds to a Wide Variety of Materials, including Plastics and Foams

The heavy 83 lb. polycoated kraft paper liner on 3M Double Coated Tape 9832HL improves handling and is ideal for diecutting and laminating applications. An alternative to glue, screws and rivets, double sided tape is often used for a variety of applications, including foam lamination and gasket attachment in general industrial applications.

3M Adhesive 300MP (PDF, 12 Kb) offers an excellent bond to various foams, plastics and felt substrates, and has good shear strength at elevated temperatures. A thin, tough, polyester film (PET) carrier between the adhesive layers improves the handling and strength of 3M Double Coated Tape 9832HL.
