ArgoMedPLUS™ 18411 is a film-on-paper medical-grade product from Argotec (a Mativ brand), comprised of an aromatic, ether-based, waterproof, breathable thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) film extrusion coated onto a specialty paper carrier. Made without processing aids or modifiers, it delivers consistent moisture-vapor transmission and surface tension for adhesion. Soft, waterproof, breathable, and conformable for patient comfort; withstands EtO and gamma sterilization; USP class IV and class VI candidate components. Typically used as an alternative film/carrier system for frame-delivery bandages and incise drapes, with the USP-candidate components delivering a controlled peel (release) between the paper carrier and film.
