Over time, plasticizers can leak, or 烝igrate out of the vinyl, which can cause softening of the adhesive and loss of bond strength over time. 3M Adhesive Transfer Tape F9467U is formulated to resist the effects of plasticizer migration in flexible vinyl for long term bonding strength.
