CCT MD4001-76 Double Coated Rubber/Acrylic Medical Grade Tape

CCT MD4001-76 is a double-coated medical grade tape with a medical grade rubber-based adhesive on the air side and a medical grade acrylic adhesive on the liner side, built on a polyester carrier for dimensional support and enhanced die-cut ability. Designed for direct skin bonding, fabric/substrate design, and medical device application, with excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates. Latex free. Meets 21 CFR 0175.105 indirect food contact requirements.

Temperature Range

Application temperature range: 50°F–100°F (10°C–38°C). Elevated temperature test: air side 180°F/82°C, liner side 240°F/116°C (Modified ASTM D4498)
