With our stock tooling, we can cut the patches to different shapes and sizes based on the desired dosages. Our transdermal patch manufacturing services encompass a range of capabilities. We offer adhesive coating on three different face stocks: a 3 mil PE translucent film, a 5 mil white PE film, or a 1/32″ white PE foam. Die cutting is available using our existing tooling or custom shapes can be created. We utilize 5-color processing to accommodate any print pattern on the patches and liner. Additionally, we provide pack-out solutions, including pouches or boxes, which are then packed into Master Cartons. Typically, our transdermal patches are formulated with dosages of 10mg or 20mg. The 10mg patches measure 1.25″ x 1.35″ in size, while the 20mg patches measure 1.875″ x 1.875″. Our die cutting process allows for the creation of 4 or 6 patches on an extended liner per sheet, which are then packaged into boxes or pouches. Custom shapes and sizes can also be accommodated.
